To access the gaming Services, you are required to complete the Pulang88 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Pulang88 support immediately by contacting our 24/7 live chat team. Upon receipt of such notification, Pulang88 may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
You are obligated to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Any change in your personal details, including residential address, email address, or contact number, must be updated promptly by contacting our support team.
Pulang88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Malaysian players: DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Online Banking, and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC and USDT). Available payment methods may change from time to time, and not all methods may be available for both deposits and withdrawals.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods, including DuitNow and e-wallets. The minimum deposit for bank transfers is RM50. Withdrawal minimums are consistent with deposit minimums. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 30x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of bonus credit.
Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely. Pulang88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Members via their registered email address.
The rules applicable to each individual game or betting market are displayed within the Platform at the point of play. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm your agreement to the specific rules applicable to that game or market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay outcomes.
Once a bet or game round has been confirmed by the Platform and a round identifier has been assigned, the bet is considered final and cannot be cancelled or amended. Pulang88 shall not be responsible for any bets placed in error by the Member.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, Pulang88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any staked amounts to the Member's Account. Pulang88 will not be held liable for any claims arising from system malfunctions. The principle "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the Platform.
Sports betting markets — including coverage of the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are subject to additional sports betting rules available within the betting interface. Pulang88 reserves the right to suspend or void in-play bets where a clear data or pricing error has occurred.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, with forfeiture of Account balances where applicable:

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulang88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even where Pulang88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Pulang88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Pulang88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.
